Refund policy

At Brooke & Co, we want you to love your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes it just doesn’t work out. If you don't love something you receive then we would be happy to exchange it or return the item under our stated policies and guidelines.

Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

RETURNS

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Must have original tags attached
  • Must be in original condition
  • Must be free of odors, stains, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, or damage
PLEASE ADVISE:
We will NOT accept returns after 14 days. If a customer fails to send the returnable items back within our time guidelines, the return will not be accepted and a refund will NOT be issued back to the customer. Returns outside of this window will not be accepted. Items showing signs of wear, use, or damage will be returned to the customer at their expense.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Accessories
  • Gift Cards
  • Bodysuits
  • Intimates
  • Hats
  • Seasonal/Holiday items

RETURN PROCESS

Include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Reason for return
  3. Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued as store credit. Refunds to the original form of payment are only issued for defective or incorrect items.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right. Photos must clearly show the issue and original packaging.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Brooke & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have shipped. Claims must be filed directly with the shipping provider.

Each item is photographed to its very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Please be aware that various computers and mobile devices have different color display profiles. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective. IF THESE GUIDELINES ARE NOT MET AND THE RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED, THE REFUND WILL BE OMITTED.
