GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
PRODUCTS & PRICING
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without liability.
Colors and images of products are displayed as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee exact color accuracy due to device screen differences.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
Brooke & Co is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or incorrect address entry by the customer.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Final sale items are non-returnable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect.
PAYMENTS
We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments and approved third-party processors. All transactions are encrypted and securely processed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Brooke & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Claims must be filed directly with the shipping provider.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Brooke & Co shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products beyond the original purchase price.
GOVERNING LAW
The Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States.
