Shipping policy

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow for additional transit time during peak seasons like the holidays. Throughout the months of November and December we ask you allow AT LEAST 10-12 business days for processing & shipping. 

Shipping Rates: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package weight and selected shipping method. 

Estimated Delivery Times: 

Economy Shipping: 5-10 business days after processing

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. 

Lost or Damaged Packages: Brooke & Co is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once the order leaves our facility, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. Customers must file claims directly with carrier. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of your delivery date.  Follow our return process and attach your images to the request.  We are not responsible for items that are damaged after they have been worn or washed.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Brooke & Co is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

Local Pickup Policy: Orders must be picked up within 7 days. Pickup is by appointment only. Monday - Friday, 4PM - 6PM. Customers will receive an email when their order is ready with instructions on how to pickup.
